Advanced Ceramics possess various unique properties and are equipped to withstand harsh environments. These have applications in fields demanding high temperature capability, high corrosion and wear resistance, low electrical conductivity etc. When these advanced ceramics are of nano-size, their properties drastically improve as compared to bulk. These nanostructured ceramics can be used in various applications with improved efficiency.
